A boutique, by design
ShaperDX is deliberately small, so every engagement receives senior attention from start to finish. Advice is shaped around your company, your board and the decision in front of you, independent of any product or platform, and practical enough to act on Monday morning.

Rita Khan
Rita has spent her career where digital experience meets enterprise accountability. She built her foundation in digital product management and large-scale transformation at leading retail and health organizations, then held Chief Consumer and Chief Digital Officer roles at Optum (UnitedHealth Group) and Mayo Clinic.
Today she also sits on the other side of the table, as an independent director of a global consulting and financial advisory firm and of a marketing and media agency. She has experience in CEO succession and in establishing technology committees that help boards govern the changing demands of technology. Advising growth-stage technology companies keeps her close to emerging technology and changing consumer trends.
She serves on the nonprofit boards of the Walker Art Center and Women in Product.
That combination is the point of ShaperDX: the operator's lens of having led a transformation and the director's lens of having to oversee one, in the same room.
Rita holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a BA in English literature from Tufts University.
Build a team everyone wants to be on and work with
Three convictions behind the work.
Experience is strategy.
Customers judge a company by the moments it gets wrong. That makes experience a board-level subject, not a design detail.
Possible, and profitable.
Every transformation balances what technology makes possible with what the business can sustain. Ambition has to pay its way.
Integrity in the outcome.
Quality and integrity are not negotiable, especially where data, AI and customer trust are involved. Success is measured by the business goals the work set out to deliver.
